Erlyne Josma

Erlyne Josma is the former broker and co-owner of Belle Maison Realty. Erlyne graduated with honors from the University of Chicago and Columbia University School of Law. Erlyne is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and Georgia.

Erlyne has been practicing corporate law at a major New York law firm for 8 years specializing in finance and mergers and acquisitions. Erlyne also practices real estate law and has represented a number of banks, purchasers and sellers in purchase and refinancing transactions.

J. Ronald Nazaire

J. Ronald Nazaire is now the broker and CEO of Belle Maison Realty. Ronald was educated in the New York City public school system and graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science in accounting where he also pursued a master’s degree in accounting with a focus in taxation. Ronald has established several businesses since his graduation from college. The first of these businesses was his own accounting firm in Brooklyn in the mid-nineties. Since then he has expanded his accounting practice o locations in Manhattan, Georgia and Florida. Ronald also has a payroll services firm and a mortgage lending firm. Because of his many experiences in the accounting and mortgage industries, Ronald brings a unique and broad perspective to the real estate business to the benefit of Belle Maison Realty’s clients and agents.
